Blood Donation
Join the community for a lifesaving blood donation event at Black Mountain Recreation Center on Saturday, July 26, from 10am to 1pm. Donating blood is a safe and simple way to make a difference. Eligible donors must be at least 17 years old, weigh 110 pounds or more, be in good health, and have not donated blood in the past 8 weeks (or 16 weeks for double red cell donations). Cardboard Boat Regatta
The Cardboard Boat Regatta is making a splash once again with teams designing, building, and racing boats made entirely from cardboard and duct tape. Music on the Mountain: Roxy Gunn Project
Lee Canyon’s Music on the Mountain returns on July 26 with a free, all-ages summer concert featuring the high-energy rock sounds of the Roxy Gunn Project.
