Celebrate the Grand Opening of Blooming Cactus Park
The city of Henderson is excited to invite the community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the grand opening of our 74th park, Blooming Cactus Park, on January 16 at 11am. The 7-acre park is the third City park located in the Cadence community. Blooming Cactus Park amenities include a first-of-its-kind Henderson Ninja Warrior-style fitness course, a large grass area suitable for picnicking, sunbathing, and all manner of impromptu pick-up games, pickleball/tennis courts, basketball courts, a unique, urban-style vertical play structure suitable for all ages, and picnic pavilions. After the ceremony, stay for some light refreshments and a special fitness exhibition presented by Camp Rhino. No Registration Required – This Event is Free!
